View of The Lids - The Springline walking route

This is the point where 2 water courses meet along The Springline walking route. I was struck by the light on the water and in the trees here, along with the composition including the iconic hills, ‘The Lids’, seen in the distance beyond The Astons. You can see very rough painting in my sketchbook done in this spot on a very cold autumn day when I was first inspired by this place.
