Morning Light through the trees in the Ancient Pasture

The reference for this painting comes from an early morning walk in the summer. I love the light in the early morning, the lovely glow it creates around the trees and the long shadows it casts. To me, this light represents the fresh new day bringing healing and fresh possiblility.
